It offers the highest roller coaster in Europe and versatile attractions. The PortAventura Park is beautifully designed and is visually a special feature. What makes a visit to the amusement park attractive?
Rides for the young guests and attractions for the whole family. Over 100 shows: magic show, Gran Teatro Imperial, music and magic, acrobatics and dance performances with.
40 rides, roller coasters: highest roller coaster "Shambhala" Dragon Khan, Feefall Hurakan Condor. Theme Park Mexico, Imperial Rome, Mediterranean, Polynesia, China and much more. You do not need to worry about the round trip. There is also the highest roller coaster in Europe and an exciting skydiving simulator. There are roller coasters for the little brave and even bigger roller coasters for the big brave ones. I could not recommend it less.Spend a wonderful family day with fun and adrenaline in the PortAventure theme park near Barcelona. The staff showed this disgusting behaviour numerous times throughout our time here and even after our complaints to there superiors we were met with nothing but disrespectful tones. Then when we attempt to get on the Dragon Khan ride after using the disability pass the staff noticed that my mother (87 years old) was not actually on the ride but waiting beside the exit for us, they brought the ride to a hault and demanded that my mother get on the ride or we must go back to the beginning of the line. After huge argument with the staff (over and hour) they eventually allowed my 87 year old mother, who is wheel chair bound a disability pass. Our party included two people with physical and mental disabilities and the staff at portaventura offered zero help and guidance demanding more proof of disability as there government issued disability cards did not serfice. I had a lot of time while waiting in line 1,5 hours for a ride that displayed 40 min wait time)Īn absolute horrible experience due to some of the worst customer service and rude employees. (If you‘re wondering why she wrote such a long review. If you have seen other parks in the EU and the US PortAventura has high potential for improvement in customer satisfaction if you really want to give your customers a great experience and not only take as much of their money as possible. I understand all the reviews here having a great experience with Express but still with normal tickets you should be able to ride at least the major attractions at least one time especially in low season
With normal Tickets our experience was pretty disappointing. With express options this Park for sure can offer a great experience. Separating lines by skipping every 2nd row/using separators weren‘t in place Although the parc communicates their hygiene concept everywhere, measures e.g. Due to the points mentioned before we managed to cover only 5 attractions on 1 day without lunch breaks or similar, we didn’t even manage to ride all big attractions Sometimes it seems like there are downtimes because lines are not moving at all and you don’t here/see trains running and nothing is communicated To be honest this option seems very appealing We assume that especially on crowded days this is their way to force you into buying their Express options. Big attractions only operate with 2 trains. We‘ve been to many parks in the Us and Europe and Never have we experienced such a slow and inefficient processing in other parks not even on less crowded days Extremely slow processing/operating of staff. When the park closed at 6pm you couldn‘t even experience the Halloween event in the dark The haunted houses all required extra charges and were only operating during normal park hours i.e. Some attractions were closed/turned into haunted houses due to their Halloween event. Some attractions opened later after park opening and some attractions closed earlier before park closing (e.g.
Many Attractions were closed or only open on weekends and holidays. Displayed wait times were always wrong and Most times Took more than 2 times longer e.g. Unfortunately, our expectations weren‘t fulfilled and rather ended in disappointment. In the last week of October (before Halloween) we visited the park 3 days in a row weekdays with opening hours from 10:30-6pm. We were thrilled to visit PortAventura after hearing many good things about the park.
